About this property

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment inside a large farm house. Sit around the campfire outside while the children enjoy a piece of real country living. This is a place to unplug as there is no TV and WI-FI. This is an active farm with lots going on! We (a family of 5) live in the main part of the house.

Each bed room sleeps two and there is a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. The refrigerator will have a few condiments with plenty of room for your own food. There is a toaster, blender, microwave, kitchen range/oven, and a few cooking utensils.

Lake Ontario is a comfortable 30 minute drive the the north with all of the finger lakes within 60 min to the south. Local attractions include; Erie Canal, Zurich Bog (hiking), Tow path trail, and many others.

Lovely location

Very clean, comfortable, quiet place. The beds were just right, and the view of the woods was relaxing and peaceful. Easy drive into Newark for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend

Great Stay!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet, and cozy. We had one tiny issue and I texted owner and they resolved it within minutes. Like others say no tv or WiFi but I knew that and not what we were looking for. Owners are very nice and sweet and we will be utilizing this place again in the future

Great quiet getaway

We booked the property for a short stay to see some local historic sites. We arrived late on our first night and the hosts reached out to ask if they should get the hideabed ready, which we really appreciated. Nice, quiet stay. We would book again if in the area.

We moved to this farm in September of 2021 and called it our home. Arlyn (Daddy), Rosene (Mom), Kristina 3 yr, and Lester 1yr enjoy the opportunity to live off the land among the many animals and plants (wild and domestic) that also call our farm home.

Why they chose this property

Step away from the city rush! what would you rather hear outside your window in the morning, busy traffic or a healthy rooster waking up the farm (warning, roosters wake up early)! This farm is the only property on a dead end road!

There are trails to hike, Hunting and Fishing opportunities, tent sites to enjoy, and so much more! At your request there are fresh eggs (from our happy chickens) available for you to enjoy. If you like them, leave us a tip, otherwise they are free!
