I will not book again to this property. When I arrived first thing the landscape outside were not good looking. But went I open the door I was horrified to find death cockroaches everywhere. I contact the host and he said you can find more product to kill them under the sink. My husband and I end up cleaning up since we were going to take my family to stay with us. I was very upset and very down. For future I will just book a hotel

Grimmy very old filth

Booking process fine. Lots of pictures. The draw was 3 full bathroons for 3 couples. The pics look great. Good neighboodhood, and location. Right away we noticed this house hadn't been clean for at least a dozen passed guests. Linen was clean & beds were made. The patio & its furniture were unkept. Garbage in a tin can on the table; an unusable space. I can list 10 items not including dirt under my bed. The dishwasher & toaster didn't work. The grout in the counters were unintentionally black. All cupboards were discustingly thick of filth. The 20×20 vent on the ceiling was as furry as squirrel. The spray paint on the dinning chairs transfered to our light colored shirts. I'm sending my full letter & pictures to your office in Austin. These owners have given Vrbo a tarnished name. G.H.
