$2,000. Manhattan apt. for August
Locate in Hell's Kitchen (right behind Port Authority) so bad neighborhood BUT great apartment. A full one bedroom with a great outdoor area. You can't noise outside after 11pm (neighbors get upset) but it's great during the day. The gallery kitchen has a dishwasher AND there is a laundry mat right down stairs. Neighbors are friendly, but not nosy. Located by every subway line and the Highline is just 10 minutes walking distance away. Central Park is also just 15-20 minutes walking distance and of course Times Square is 5 minutes away. I would need one month deposit and a background check.
