The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a stunning dining table that can seat 8 guests and bar stool seating for 4 guests. The master bedroom is on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Next, you will find a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom with hall access. The laundry room is also on this floor. The screened in porch is a lovely place to unwind after a long day at the beach or Camp Watercolor.

The second floor of this home has two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The next bedroom is a great space for the kiddos, featuring 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a private bathroom. There is a seating space on the second floor with a tv that is perfect for enjoying a movie after a day at the beach or Camp Watercolor!

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows ONE golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
​​​​​​​- This home has a video/audio capturing doorbell mounted by the door and/or exterior cameras for safety.
​​​​​​​- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
