For those who want a beach holiday, with services and amenities close at hand, this comfortable holiday apartment in the popular seaside resort of Tirrenia on the Tyrrhenian coast is the right place. Located on the ground floor of a small building consisting of 4 apartments, it has an independent entrance from the private fenced garden and is only 300 m from the wide golden sandy beach and from the main avenue with shops and services of all kinds. In the pine forest you will find a children's playground and nearby there is a 9-hole golf course. Being halfway between Pisa and Livorno, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beauties of Tuscany, including the port city of Livorno (14 km), cities of art like Pisa (18 km) and Lucca (30 km), the lively city of Viareggio with port (35 km) and the numerous hamlets like Calci with its beautiful monumental Charterhouse and the medieval village of Vicopisano. The many equipped beaches offer many activities in addition to excellent restaurants. From the marina of nearby Marina di Pisa (6 km) you can take boat trips.
