About this property

This apartment (living area about 80 sqm) is located on an intimate park, only 500 meters from the dunes and the beach along the beautiful North Sea.

It is a quiet park and the apartment is surrounded by greenery. The apartment is so that you can fully enjoy your privacy and your peace. The rest is done by the clean air and the many hours of sunshine in Schouwen-Duiveland.

Our house is suitable for 6 persons and has three bedrooms.

The spacious living room with sitting and dining area has a door to the sunny and sheltered garden. There are several sun and shadow spots.

Schönes aber komfortloses und rein kommerzielles Haus

Das Häuschen hat viel Potential ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das spiegelt sich in vielen Sachen wieder z.B. Außenmöbilar, Innenmöbilar, der Boden ( der hier und da auch zu hören ist) und die Teppiche sind sehr gebraucht worden. Für die Bänke im Innenbereichen als auch für die Stühle im Außenbereich gab es keine Polster. Des Weiteren ist im WC kein Waschbecken vorhanden. Man muss durch die Küchen ins Bad um sich dort die Hände zu waschen. Auf Anfrage haben wir in einem Holzhaus am zweiten Tag einen Rauchmelder installiert bekommen. Es ist sehr eng und m. E. nur als Familie nutzbar. Betten in 2 Schlafräume sind in Ordnung. Zu guter Letzt haben wir im Außenbereich einen einfachen Wasseranschluss vermisst um beispielsweise Füße oder Schlappen vom Sand zu befreien. Meiner Meinung nach, ohne dem Eigentümer oder der Agentur zu Nahe zu treten, stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht, auch unter Berücksichtigung der Lage und des Zeitraums. Wir waren innerhalb Hollands schon in einigen Chalets oder Häuser, die größer und besser waren aber nur die Hälfte gekostet haben. Leider gab es hier keinerlei Komfort was zu erwähnen ist. Es hat den Anschein das dieses Haus nur einen rein kommerziellen Zweck hat. Schade.

Top Haus, top Lage

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und sehr sauber und nah am Strand. Der Service mit der Bettwäsche und Handtücher war super praktisch und von Vorteil. Kann dieses Haus/Vermieter nur empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.
