Our house has been completely renovated / rehabilitated, equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances.

Living and dining area (40 sqm) with a new, modern kitchen.

The compl. new kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, microwave and all crockery. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room. There is u. A. Washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes, children's highchair.

Living room with comfortable leather sofa, gr. LCD 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite system and all German and Dutch programs and a Blue-Ray player, radio and CD player are also provided.

Separate toilet with hand basin.

Bathroom with bath and separate shower and xxl Basin (new).


The house is used by us for the most part itself, it is accordingly equipped.

Garden:

There are 2 terraces available (new beginning 2016). Since September 16, the large terrace has been completely covered. Through the glass roof there is a lot of light and you can even with rain on the terrace food and have a nice view of the pond. In the new garden house you will find plenty of garden furniture and cushions. Cozy barbecue evenings you can spend on new barbecue.
