The luxurious 6-person holiday villa (100 m² living space) is in a quiet location, west of the center building of the holiday park on the Grevelinger Sea and the North Sea. Suitable for families, sporting activities: hiking, surfing, sailing, horse riding, diving, cycling, fishing, pets are allowed

The non-smoking holiday home with 4 bedrooms has been lovingly furnished by us and contains u. a. following family-friendly equipment details:

--Ground floor--

Hall:
The meter bar for electricity, gas and water is located in the spacious hallway. This cabinet also houses the WiFi modem next to the fire extinguisher.

Large living area:
with leather sofa and modern furniture, carpets, TV with satellite antenna, stereo with D, WiFi - free of charge.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, etc., large fridge with ice maker, freezer, and a large dining area.

Storage room:
Washing machine, iron, clothes dryer


WC, bath:
The wellness rooms have a shower, a bath, a mirror, a sink and a towel radiator. Hair dryer is available.

In the large bedroom on the upper floor you will find a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a TV.

small bedroom:
In the small bedroom on the upper floor you will find a pull-out bed and a wardrobe.

2nd bedroom:
Here you will find two beds bedroom and a wardrobe.

Baby Rooms:
The fourth bedroom is a baby room, it is equipped with a baby bed, a changing table and a wardrobe.

Toilet:
On the upper floor there is also a toilet, which is equipped with a sink.

Dogs are welcome
The garden at the back of the house is completely fenced.

If your dog leaves "residues", we assume that they will be removed by you. This also applies to the entire holiday park.

In our house you will find a small book that our daughter has put together for you. Have a look and try our tips. If you have your own opinion on these tips, or have had your own great holiday experiences, then simply write them down. We and the next guests will be very happy about that.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,wir haben in der vergangenen Woche mit fünf Personen im Ferienhaus in der Straße Strand Nr. 72 unseren Urlaub verbracht. Leider entsprach der Zustand des Hauses in mehreren Punkten nicht den Erwartungen, die auf Grundlage der Beschreibung und des Preises berechtigt gewesen wären.Die Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich in Ordnung. Besonders negativ fiel der Backofen auf, der stark verschmutzt war und offensichtlich längere Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Auch die Bettdecken wiesen Flecken auf, was unhygienisch und unangenehm war. Das Kühlfach des Kühlschranks war massiv vereist und konnte daher kaum genutzt werden. Zudem war eine in der Ausstattung beworbene Eiswürfelmaschine überhaupt nicht vorhanden.Darüber hinaus war leider vieles beschädigt:Die Couch hatte mehrere Risse im Bezug,die Wohnungstür zur Sauna ließ sich von innen nicht mehr öffnen, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt,die Badezimmertür war ebenfalls beschädigt,die Tür zum Gartenhäuschen ließ sich nur schwer bedienen,ein Küchenstuhl war instabil,die Abdichtung der Saunadusche war defekt und führte zu Wasseraustritt.Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht, insbesondere angesichts des nicht unerheblichen Mietpreises. Trotz der landschaftlich schönen Umgebung und der grundsätzlich guten Lage des Hauses sehen wir unter diesen Umständen von einem weiteren Aufenthalt ab und können das Objekt so nicht weiter empfehlen .

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in einem schönen Haus. Super war das eingezäunte Grundstück und wir konnten unseren Hund mit guten Gewissen in den Garten lassen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Servicepersonal vor Ort, war sehr professionell und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Mooi huisje

Wij hebben genoten van de woning en van de sauna. Alleen jammer dat de satelliet het niet deed waardoor wij de hele week geen tv hadden. Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer naar terug.

Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt, da es im Ferienhaus an Nichts gefehlt hat! Es ist sehr hell, liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub

Eine kleine liebe Unterkunft in einer ruhigen und gut-zugänglichen Ferienhausanlage. In fußläufiger Nähe ein Supermarkt, der einem alles bietet, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Leider konnten Handtücher und Bettwäscheservice nicht angeboten werden, da der Vermieter den Service gerade umgestellt hat. So mussten wir selbst Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen. Da aber Waschmaschine und Trockner vor Ort sind, kein Problem (außer das Mehrgepäck). Kontakt zum Vermieter lief problemlos und angenehm. Es gab sogar noch einen Anruf, ob alles klappte und passt.

Dreckiges Objekt

Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Das Haus war, wie auch bei den meisten Bewertungen beschrieben nicht sauber. Nach einer kurzen Kommunikation über Telefon und auch whatsapp wurde gesagt "wir sind alles nur menschen" und wir sollen uns mit der Hausverwaltung in Verbindung setzen. Diese kamen auch und wir haben alles gezeigt und das wars... das ganze Haus war dreckig. Alle Fensterbänke voll mit Staub und Hundehaaren, die Decken voll mit Spinnenweben und die Betten, ... unglaublich. Unter den Matratzen haben wir so viel Dreck vorgefunden, einfach nur ekelhaft. Als wir ankamen hat schon ein Hausziegel auf der Terrasse gelegen, an Tag 3 ist dann auch Ziegel Nummer 2 runtergefallen. Gott sei dank waren unsere Kinder nicht in diesem moment draußen... Die Schränke waren mit einer Staubschicht übersehen... wahnsinn. Mal abgesehen davon das ein Schrank fast außeinander gefallen ist. Leider hat auch das untere Bad immer nach Abfluss gerochen und die Türe konnte man nicht öffnen, auch als mein Ehemann, der übrigens gelernter Schreiner ist, diese Türe einstellen wollte hat sich diese mehrfach verzogen. Der Vermieter kann überglücklich sein das man auf dieser Plattform keine Bilder online stellen kann. Im übrigen habe ich gesehen, der Vermieter hat sich auch selbst als Gast bewertet. Dazu sage ich nichts. Und mit der "Ausrede" wir sind alles Menschen - bin ich mittlerweile vertraut nachdem ich die Bewertungen durchgelesen habe.

Tolles Haus mit Garten

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie. Im haus hat es uns an nix gefehlt. Die Aufteilung im Haus ist super. Das Erdgeschoss war komplett offen gestaltet und im 1.Stock gibt es 4 Zimmer. Pegekte Größe. Toll war der Garten für die Kinder. Direkt hinter dem Gartenzaun liegt ein kleiner Teich. Unsere kleine Tochter freute sich jeden morgen die Enten begrüßen zu können. Auch viele Häschen konnten wir morgens im Garten beobachten. Überall im Park waren kleine Spielplätze. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

ruhige lage, schöne orte

Sauberkeit des Objekts war mittelmäßig. wir mussten hier und da noch etwas sauber machen aber es war Okay. die lage ist sehr schön uns es gibt in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung viele schöne orte zu erkunden und super schöne Strände.
