Chic 2-room oasis of well-being with terrace & garden in Waldbronn

Welcome to Waldbronn-Etzenrot.

A modern furnished garden apartment with about 55 square meters on the ground floor, waiting to be inhabited by you.

The bright living and dining area with direct access to the terrace with garden has everything your (residential) heart desires. The dining table can accommodate four people.

The living area has a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. Thus, this apartment is ideal for up to three adults or two adults with two children.

The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower. Also a bathroom cabinet with hair dryer can be found here.

In the pantry you will find a NESPRESSO coffee machine with four capsules. You are welcome to bring your own capsules or buy additional about us - as you like it. Cups, plates, pots and cutlery are of course available. A ceramic hob with two plates is enough to conjure a small but fine meal.

In the garden is a table with four chairs and two chairs. Here you can relax in the summer, sunbathe or chill out, because here it is nice and quiet. The terrace is big enough with over 20 square meters and offers enough space. In summer and in winter, the garden is green and almost invisible from the terrace.

It is just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. This goes directly to the S-Bahn connection in the direction of Karlsruhe or Bad Herrenalb.

In just 5 minutes walk is one of the best butchers in the area. Fresh baked goods are also available there. A fancy flower shop is located directly opposite the butcher.

An Italian restaurant is also nearby. He likes to deliver fresh pizza, pasta and salads.

If you want something more exclusive, expect a star chef at the Schwitzer's Hotel am Park. 5 minutes by car.

The thermal bath can be reached in 7 minutes by car.
