Our stay was wonderful. The house was spacious and had many rooms for the kids to play in (hide and seek). Air conditioning was great, beds were comfy. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to a UT game or the Smoky mountains!
Came into town as a last minute trip for a funeral. There was plenty of space for all 6 adults and my 1.5 yr old. The kitchen is huge and the beds were comfy. The backyard gave my son a safe place to play. The downstairs was spacious and perfect for my adult children to hang out and stay up late. Only downside is that it's off of a major road with lots of traffic. The shrubbery by the road made it difficult to see well to pull out into the road. Other than that, we'd honestly stay there again if we needed to be back in the area.
The house is very roomy. Everything was clean. It is on a bit of a busy road, but the information was in the listing and it didn’t bother us at all. It was extremely well located for us. The host was very responsive.
This is a wonderful house in a very quiet neighborhood. The road is quite busy but not even noticeable inside the home or in the back yard. Highly recommend

Family time
The house worked for family to get together and enjoy Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions. Liked that stores were super close.
We were visiting the Knoxville area for a long weekend and enjoyed this property very much. Super appreciated the fact the the host had the property well stocked with essentials (bathing supplies, coffee, paper goods, etc...) suitable for a long weekend. It's location is excellent making it a 30 minute or less drive to most of the attractions and areas nearby. Clean and charming home.
We had a nice time visiting Pigeon Forge. We were only at the house for a minimum amount of time. The host was very commutative and seemed to be very available. The only complaint we had was that the house is very close to a busy road. It would be very helpful if the house numbers were on the mailbox, as coming in in the dark it was a little more complicated to find. We did not cook at the house but it appeared to be well stocked ,Thank you so much. allowstay.staystay.lcome.the coffee machine worked great.
This property absolutely met our needs for a long, busy weekend in the mountains. We had plenty of bedrooms to choose from, the laundry room turned out to be an unexpected essential, the kitchen was well stocked for a family meal, and the dogs enjoyed the yard. The only down-side was the bed heights as another review mentioned-something to consider if traveling with young children or physical handicaps.
Unfortunately we were only able to stay for one quick overnight after a Vol football game but it was so very nice to be able to come in to a very clean house and comfortable beds after a late game. The drive from Neyland was not bad at all. Such a nice, ROOMY house and area. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when in the area. Actually disappointed it is booked for our upcoming trip in Oct. The owner was awesome with communication as well. Recommend 100 percent!!!
The house was very clean and spacious. It was in a good location for going between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. The only nuisance was the neighbors had a rooster that woke us up every morning, but that is not the owners fault. We were planning on a bigger group going but that fell through. There was definitely oddles of space to spread out, even if we had all 7 of us there. If we find ourselves in that direction again, we will definitely consider this house or one of her other properties.
We cane here for our annual vacation. Even though it was only 4 of us, there is enough room for your whole crew. The upstairs was very spacious, with 3 bedroom fit for a king/ queen. The kitchen & dining room has enough room for all the cooks not bumping into each other. The basement living quarters ate exceptional with 2 additional bedrooms and bathroom.
There are TV in each bedroom and the living rooms. The back yard is huge. If you have children, there is enough space for them to play any sport imaginable.
Brenda was great to work with! Very quick to respond. The house was just as listed! So much room and it felt very homelike for our week long stay! We loved that it was not in any busy areas. The road it’s on is a little busy and can get a little loud, but not too bad. The house next door has chickens so we had an alarm clock every morning at sun rise. We didn’t use the backyard at all due to always being out and about. We will definitely be back and may even look at her other properties.
Beautiful laminate floors throughout. Quality furniture in all the sitting rooms. Lots of personal touches everywhere. Wonderful bedding in ALL the bedrooms. Tons of kitchen utensils and dishware and cookware. Extra large fenced yard for your pets. Wonderful bedding in ALL the bedrooms. Tons of kitchen utensils and dishware and cookware. Location is convenient to all of the activities and restaurants in the Gatlinburg and Sevierville area without being in the hassle of all the tourists. Does need more handicap access. Definitely plan to return.
The house was just what we needed. It was spacious and true to photos and description. There is no entrance to backyard from main level. You have to go downstairs. Not a deal breaker for me but some may not want to go down/up stairs everytime there is a need. The house as very clean and smelled nice when we entered. As I was told, the road is busy, mainly during peak times, so having the turn around and extra driveway was nice so we didnt have to back into traffic.... I can see my family staying here again.

Extremely loud
Brenda is very nice and extremely easy to work with. She communicates very well.
The house is located on a main highway which is not represented in the listing. My family and I thought we were staying with our 3 year old in a house that had a Mountain View instead we were awake every night, all hours of the night listening to cars speeding by the house. It was like a racetrack outside the house.
It also advertised a fenced in backyard however we could not let our puppy run and be out there because of all the holes in the yard and fence. The backyard had drink bottles all over it that we had to clean up.
The carport was covered in broken glass that I had to clean up before I let my 3 year old out to play or walk around.
The walls by the sofa were dirty and appeared to have snot wiped on them with green stuff. The room that has the half bath in it had hair on the door where it was not wiped off. Unfortunately, we did not see this until later in our stay.
I’m also a little worried that the bedding is not fully cleaned as we were instructed to take off the sheets but all blankets stayed with the bed.
I think the listing needs to be more honest about the location as it was not a family friendly location.
