Welcome to the heart of Downtown Fresno! You are in an area that is being gentrified, a mix of artists, brewers and lively restaurants and bars are all nearby. With easy access to the Freeway 41, 180 and 168 - you just a hop away from Fresno or Clovis including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Sprouts.
The Condo is decorated with Modern Boho Chic in mind. Detailing natural woods with modern aspects to create a relaxing and cool atmosphere.
The living room has a 70" TV so you can watch your favorite shows. A comfortable modern sofa that is super soft like a bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with those who love to cook (because I do!). The stove is Samsung and it is electric simliar to induction. The Sur La Table air fryer will have you tossing in your Trader Joe's frozen meals for a quick heat. The Viking cookware will have you cooking like Bobby Flay and the various bakeware like you're Cheryl Day. The kitchen is ready for you!
And if you're just looking to sleep, the bedroom encompasses a queen size bed. The wall is decorated with soundproofing so it's fairly quite while you sleep. Alongside dual pane windows and blackout curtains.
