Terrace house Whg. 50, Duhnen
Cozy 1-room apartment with living room. The new box spring bed is located in a small niche. A new kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, for the preparation of small meals, is also located in the living room. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, stereo, toilet, vanity, bathtub. A small balcony invites you to linger. In the house there is a swimming pool and a sauna. The apartment has a garage and from May to September a beach chair on the sandy beach of Duhnen. The terraced house on the Cuxhavener Str. Is located in close proximity to the sandy beach of Duhn and is only a few minutes walk from the Adventure Golf Course and the center of Duhnen.
In the house there is a swimming pool and a sauna for free use (ask us about the annual maintenance-related closing times). Of course, the hotel's own elevator, through which the apartments and communal facilities in the house are within easy reach.

Terrassenhaus 50
Schöne kleine Wohnung, mit einem kleinen Balkon. Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. WELAn lief einwandfrei. Garage für große SVI zu klein. Es gibt ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder vor drm Haus. Leider in der Hauptreisezeit sehr belegt. Das laden von E-bike Akku muss in der Wohnung erfolgen, was ich persönlich als nicht praktikabel ansehe. Unser Auto( Skodaka Karok) hat in die Garage gepasst. Mit etwas zirkel konnten wir uns E-bikes noch hinters Auto bringen. Mein nächster Urlaub wird wieder im Terassenhaus sein, wenn ich Glück habe und die Wohnungen ist noch frei.

OK mit Abstrichen
Wohnbreich war sauber und praktikabel eingerichtet. Das Bad und der Wohnbereich ist frisch renoviert. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Die Sauberkeit auf dem Balkon ist verbesserungswürdig, ebenso die Bestuhlung. Beide Punkte sollen lt. Agentur sofort behoben werden.

Es war wie auch bei ...
Es war wie auch bei meinem vorigen Aufenthalt wieder sehr schön, die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Sehr positiv war das mittlerweile installierte Internet und somit auch etwas mehr Fernsehprogramme was bei dem nicht so gutem Wetter während meines Urlaubs wirklich angenehm war. Werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön!
