Small but nice. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is located on the ground floor. The approx. 28m² are divided into two rooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine.
The bathroom is small, but has a large, floor-level shower, toilet, vanity with base cabinet and mirror. Floor heating is also installed here.
The sofa bed in the living area invites you to relax. Next to it is the dining table, where up to four people can sit.
A door leads into the bedroom. Here a large double bed (200cmx180cm) offers comfort for a restful sleep after a long walk on the beach. You will find space for clothes in the spacious wardrobe.
The guest contribution of the city of Borkum is collected by the landlord at the stated price.

Netter Empfang. Der Fernseher war defekt und er wurde super schnell repariert. Das Apartment bietet ausreichend Platz und in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Zum Zentrum und Strand sind es gute 15 Minuten Fussweg. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Das Bett ist bequem, das Sofa könnte gemütlicher sein. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Allerdings wäre es schön gewesen wenn bei 3 Wochen Mietdauer die Handtücher und Bettwäsche 1 gewechselt worden wären. Ich kann die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen und würde sie auch wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschickt und wertig möbliert, zudem sehr gepflegt und umsichtig ausgestattet (ganz wunderbar sind die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern!). Wir hatten kurz nach unserer Ankunft ein Problem mit der Heizung, welches auf sofortige Veranlassung des Vermieters (am Samstagabend!) durch die zuständige Fachfirma gelöst wurde. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar, ist sehr engagiert und zuvorkommend, obwohl er nicht vor Ort wohnt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch für die Kulanz bei der Nutzung des Parkplatzes!

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub auf Borkum
Die kleine, aber feine ;) FeWo haben wir genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden (super z.B., dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Buchungspreis inbegriffen sind), alles ist gepflegt, funktional-gemütlich und auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Da wir letzte Woche prima Wetter hatten, war der tägliche Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum (ca. 15 Minuten) überhaupt kein Problem. Der kleine Einkaufsmarkt und zwei Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind aber auch ein Bonus, falls der Wettergott es mal weniger gut meint.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und empfehlen diese gerne weiter.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Ruhige Umgebung, ca 1,5 km vom Zentrum. Die Insel ist toll, viel grün und noch meer Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert, sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Insel!

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist in der Nähe vom Strand und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.
