This modern and comfortable apartment is located in the Front Park building in Gdańsk at the Sadowa 21 Street. The accomodation is situated only 1,5 km from the Old Town. The estate is located in a beautiful area, full of greenery, only 50m from the river.
The "Front Park" housing estate combines urbanity with nature, being a perfect starting point to explore Gdansk in relaxing green surroundings. At the bank of the river, engulfed by park landscape, the area offers a respite from crowds of tourists and city’s bustle.

At the same time, the Old Town is just 1 kilometer away, with all Gdansk’s attractions – such as historical pedestrian street Długi Targ, the Golden Gate, or Marine – accessible in 20 minutes by foot. Super Lage - Nähe zur Innenstadt aber auch Steand

Das Apartment Komplex ist neu und in super Lage. Entweder ist man zu Fuss in ca. 30 min mitten im Trubel der Altstadt oder man fährt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einfach raus an den Strand! Top! Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber als wir einzogen. Zum Beispiel: - Fenster total schmutzig und verschmiert - Spiegel im Wohnzimmer verschmiert - Balkon Scheiben total schmutzig - Balkon Boden voller Dreck - generell staubig - auf der Belüftung im Bad dicke Staubflocken.... Nach unserer Beschwerde schickte man uns 2 junge Mädchen zum putzen Die haben mit einem Lappen alles geputzt vom Spiegel bis Fenster...Lüftung. Für den Balkon waren sie nicht zuständig. Das Bettlaken liegt nur locker auf der Matratze und verrutscht ständig. Idee: Spannbettlaken verwenden. Weiterhin wären Matratzenschöner (ggf. wasserabweisend sinnvoll).

Ich habe Urlaub auf einer Baustelle gemacht.

Ob Morgen früh oder Abend spät, wann immer ich anwesend war, war ich in meiner Ferien-Wohnung massivem Baulärm ausgesetzt. Verursacht durch Bohrmaschinen, Kreissäge und Hammerschläge. Nebst der Wohnung die man an mich vermietet hat, befinden sich alle anderen Wohnungen im Haus noch in der Innenausbauphase. Ich war der einzige Hausbewohner. Auch Flur und Fahrstuhl waren nicht fertig gestellt. Der Fahrstuhl war mit Sperrholzplatten verkleidet, die Türen der anderen 15 Wohnungen mit Plastikschutzfolie. Im ganzen Front-Park (mehrere Wohnhäuser) sind allerhöchstens 10 Prozent der Wohnungen bewohnt, die restlichen Wohnungen sind mehr oder weniger noch nicht fertig gestellt. Auch war ich der absolut einzige Feriengast auf dem ganzen Komplex. An meinem zweiten Urlaubstag habe ich Vormittags bei der Vermieterin (Laguna-Apartamenty) per E-Mail eine Beschwerde eingereicht. Erst zwei Tage später und nach meiner zweiten E-Mail hat man darauf reagiert und mir mitgeteilt, dass man auf Bauarbeiten keinen Einfluss hätte. Auch konnte man mir keine Alternative anbieten, eine andere Ferien-Wohnung organisieren. Trotz meiner mehr als nur gerechtfertigten Beschwerde und obwohl man mir auch keine Alternative anbieten konnte, hat sich an der Situation während meiner ganzen Urlaubszeit nichts geändert. Elf Tage Baulärm, elf Tage Urlaub auf der Baustelle. Als Entschädigung hat mir die Vermieterin nun eine Rückerstattung von lediglich 15 Prozent des geleisteten Mietpreises angeboten. 15 Prozent Entschädigung für Urlaub auf der Baustelle, was für ein schlechter Witz. Absolut unterste Schublade was man da abgezogen hat. Sowohl das man so eine "Ferien"-Wohnung überhaupt zur Vermietung anbietet, als auch betreffend Reaktion und fehlende Aktion der Vermieterin auf meine Beschwerde hin. Ich sehe mich getäuscht, hintergangen, aufs massivste betrogen! ...Was für eine Schweinerei, vielen herzlichen Dank und gerne nie wieder.

Apartament zgodny z opisem, super lokalizacja do centrum zaledwie 15 minut spacerem. Jedynym minusem był niedziałający telewizor i bardzo ciasne miejsce parkingowe.
