Great times

Everything went as expected. Just a leaky AC unit & TV issues. Other than that we would stay there next year when we return. The Luana staff was great! The parking for the week was convenient & affordable @ $40 per day in Waikikī. The walking and location to shopping and restaurants was 2nd to none. Loved it!!!

Only issue was the locks on the door were changed while I was at the pool. Poor communication with the owner/manager/front desk to gain entry that took quite some time to prove I was the tenant. Would have been nice to notify me before that happened. It was hotel wide so I wasn't the only one with that issue.

3rd time at the Luana

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Luana three different times in different rooms- as using Alii Beach Rentals - it’s a great spot, no complaints, and Alii staff and communication is prompt and professional. Thanks again for another wonderful visit to Waikīkī.
