The 10th-floor condo is ideally situated on the quiet side of the building. The wrap-around lanai provides sunny areas and shaded corners where one can escape the tropical sun if so desired. Two separate bedroom suites provide quiet privacy for a family or two couples and for larger groups the queen size sleeper sofa allows this condo to comfortably sleep up to six guests. The master suite features a King Sealy Posturepedic mattress, a flat-screen tv, and a separate sliding door to the lanai - perfect for those wishing to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves rolling in. The guest bedroom also has a tv and two XL twins that convert into a King depending on your needs. Each en suite bathroom and the powder room adjacent to the foyer provide a perfect solution for guests staying in the living room - a place for their items. The beach fronting the Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes and swells that influence the beach & physical appearance and size. During the fall and winter, it is not uncommon that these currents sweep away a tremendous amount of sand that gradually returns in spring and summer. This circumstance, unfortunately, affects the accessibility of our valued guests to the beach—the front desk posts daily whether there is beach access or not.
