Unique find! 💎This is a simple studio loft, but the location is everything! There is a market literally steps outs your front door! There are countless restaurants within walking distance and amazing architecture everywhere you look! You are less than 10 minutes fro the Cardinals and Blues stadiums. This is a safe neighborhood where you will see tons of people walking their dogs, parties on pedal bars outside your window, and friendly neighbors in the building :) Peaceful city living!
