Haus schön, Service mies
Ich hatte sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich um eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine gebeten. Aber! Keine Reaktion. 2 Badezimmer gebucht, aber es sollte nur eines benutzt werden. 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht, aber es war nur eines vorbereitet. Kamin umsonst gebucht, kein Kaminbesteck oder Holz auffindbar. Hätte man erwähnen sollen, dass man beide Schlafzimmer nutzen möchte oder gar den Kamin. Meine Frage ist nur, zu welchem Zweck sollte man so ein Haus dann buchen. Antwort, manche mögen die Größe.
Ich buche demnächst nur noch von Privatleuten, denn da passieren solchen Sinnlosigkeiten nicht und der Service stimmt.
