Situated in the perfect spot to access local shops and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, this coastal gem has beautiful beach views and even a glimpse of the gorgeous Lafitte Bay. Beach access is directly in front of the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home decorated in calming ocean tones. Bright and airy with central AC and Wi-Fi for all of your needs. The oversized front porch is perfect to enjoy your coffee to the sound of the waves nearby or to sun yourself and get that ocean glow. 2 porch swings, and a slew of patio furniture beneath the house give a great outdoor space for you and your guests to relax your cares away. A table, gas grill and cooler table with lots of grilling accessories make it a perfect place to grill up those fish caught in our gorgeous Dauphin Island waters.

The spacious floor plan inside this coastal gem offers oversized living space and bedrooms to give everyone ample space to feel extremely comfortable. Brand new furniture is found in most rooms. The new sofa, loveseat and power recliner offer plush and comfy seating to take in the island views from the oversized window overlooking the beach just a few houses away. A handful of games and puzzles are also found in the living room. The 65 inch Smart television is equipped with both streaming and cable for all your entertainment needs. Each bedroom is also equipped a 40 inch Smart television with streaming capabilities.

The split floor plan offers the primary suite separate from the guest rooms offering privacy for everyone. The custom King bed situated in the primary suite offers coastal relaxation at its finest. A large closet, and en-suite bathroom with luxury walk-in shower round out the primary suite in style. Across the house is an additional bedroom with a custom Queen sized bed, large closet and dresser. You can catch a glimpse of the bay waters right outside your window. A full bathroom with a tub/ shower combo is situated between the Queen bedroom and the Bunk room. The surfing themed bunk room is perfect for your big or little surfers! A set of full bunk beds and a set of twins bunk beds offers enough sleeping capacity to accommodate a large amount of guests comfortably.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your Dauphin Island fresh seafood. A Keurig coffee maker is ready and waiting for your morning coffee, but if you prefer, a regular coffee maker is also availabl. The large dining table and bar area offer seating for every guest. A high chair and pack and play are available for our littlest guests. The home is very kiddo friendly!

Multiple bikes, helmets, and beach carts are available. 4 beach chairs and some umbrellas are provided as well!

Hostess answered back promptly and kindly. Nice house; but I had to clean so much of it before we could use it. Needs new mattresses, new vacuum, and BLANKETS!!! We had 4 children ranging from 10 months to 6 years with us; so we greatly appreciated the high chair and the playpen and the bikes, etc. After paying the rental fees, I think that trash bags and toilet paper and other necessities should have been provided. We did have a very nice time there!

We've stayed on the island several times and loved the location, easy walking to and from the beach, with great relaxing views! The home also had extras we weren't expecting; beach towels, bikes, wagon, beach chairs, ect so you could lighten your packing list. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of room for everyone! Tiffany was so great and quick to respond, she was a great host! We've already booked our next visit and can't wait to return!

Wonderful beach house

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! The owners have thought of everything you may need for a great beach vacation. It was just a short walk to the beach with partial ocean views from the front porch. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you may need to make a meal at home. The owners were very helpful and messaged back immediately. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Another Great Beach Stay

This house is such a a delightful place to spend the week. My teenager, my preschooler, and my mother-in-law and family had a wonderful time. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We had a few cold rainy days, still had plenty of space to do puzzles, watch movies and rest. We live the big porch with view for our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.to watch the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked, so we can make dinner and lunches, so everyone can enjoy the island on their own time. We love to go for bike rides and we never have to pack a ton, because she has everything we need for great beach days.

This was a very cute beachy house. It had everything that we needed. It was wonderful to have bikes, beach chairs and other items to be able to enjoy the beach and Dauphin Island. I especially loved to sit on the deck and enjoy the morning with my coffee!

Tiffany was very open and communicative about a couple of updates happening during our stay. This was a great location—excellent beach access. We really enjoyed the patio area under the house, grilling, and the house had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Our first time to the island was a success!

Wonderful beach house!

We loved this home so much, my kids said it was their favorite! Things I think are important to mention: short walk to the beach, beautiful views even thought it isn’t right on water, bikes included, beach chairs and a wagon included (less to pack from home!), huge upstairs deck and perfect outdoor area downstairs, everything you could need in a kitchen, lots of living space to stretch out and comfy beds! Tiffany was a wonderful hostess, we look forward to staying here again!

Very nice place. We enjoyed staying here for a week. The property was as described. Just a short walk to the beach. You can see the beach and the bay from the house. It has a nice big deck on front that was nice to set on in the evening. We are already thinking about staying here again. Excellent Property

The property was so clean and in an excellent spot. Took us about 1-2 minutes to walk to the beach and was far enough away from the business of town that we weren’t bothered by traffic or too many people. Tiffany was great with communication and helpful with everything leading up to our stay. The only thing that we ran into was just needing to buy a roll of paper towels, some toilet paper, and trash bags while there. I never stay at places like this, so I wasn’t sure just how normal that was. Didn’t take away from anything, though, and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beach Getaway!

What a wonderful property! It had everything we needed! My husband and I, along with our 4 year old, stayed here with our friends and their 4 children (ages17-22). There was plenty of room for all of us. There was plenty of outside seating below the house, along with parking. It was a short walk to the beach. The house was stunning. Beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows and lap blankets. Owners were awesome, reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to go to the island.

Beautiful beach house with a personal touch

This beach house is great! It was the most well-stocked kitchen and house that I have ever experienced. It had everything we needed and more! It's beautifully decorated. The house is spacious... Each room had roomy closets and TV. The downstairs patio is ideal for grilling out and family time. The downstairs shed had numerous beach items. The house is well equipped for young children including a crib, pack n play, high chair, puzzles, games etc. It was a short walk to the beach. There were six adults and four children in our family, and it was quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend the house. The host, Tiffany, was very communicative and worked with us to serve our every need. We will definitely make a return visit.

Amazing Beach Week

This home is one the best homes we have stayed in on the Island in the 5 years we have been coming to Dauphin Island. First, the host has thought of everything, all the little details and comforts. The house is well stocked for cooking and staying in on a rainy spring day. The beds are comfortable and the furniture nice to relax on. It was pleasure every night to sit on the deck and watch the sunset in the chairs. The bikes provided a wonderful way to explore the island and all the beach equipment they have allowed us peaceful long days with our kids on the beach. The walk to the beach is easy! Dealing with the host directly and not a management company makes all the difference. She is very communicative and made sure we were comfortable. The house is bright and airy with plenty of space for family conversations and hanging out, but enough room for family to have quiet time. We will definitely be back and we thank the hosts for providing a home away in a beautiful place!

Great Stay

We just got back from our week stay as a family. Knowing the location was on the main road out to the west end of the island, you know that you have to watch for getting back and forth to the beach and when you come and go in your car but it isn’t a deal breaker. The house was as advertised, extremely clean compared to previous stays. The house to the water is not much of a hike. The host provides plenty of carts/strollers (3) for carrying our stuff. More than enough beach chairs and if you forgot an umbrella or beach blanket they have multiple. The big cooler came in helpful for going to Walmart and getting cold/frozen food for meals as we just enjoy the beach and not going out as much. I was extremely happy. The breaker for the refrigerator kicked off on the first morning, (Sunday), but nice to know that when I messaged the host I heard back within minutes to get help locating the fuse box and problem solved. We love the island and will be heading back, the only thing is our family is growing and will have to start looking at a little bigger house. But if a 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom works for you, it is a great deal and I would not hesitate.

The property had several problems upon arrival. I realize this is a house on an island, but being sandy in every room? We had to sweep and wipe surfaces down as soon as we arrived. The door with the code to get in was broken and very difficult to close. We had to instruct the kids to triple check each time they went in or out. The lock code on the door is very finicky and basically overheats so trying to get in during the heat of the day was brutal. STAINS (seemingly blood and urine) ON THE MATTRESSES!!! Totally gross and we didn't see that until the last day when we stripped the beds and pulled the mattress covers down. They are trying to charge us for that even though there were no stains on any of the bedding to indicate we caused the stains. All meals were had at the table on top of Upon leaving we swept the home, wiped surfaces. I have pics of every room right before leaving yet the owner charged us $400 for dog hair and their broken door. They were angry we didn't haul the trash can to the curb but the only instructions to do so were hung on the corner of the fridge with 15 other rules/chores we never saw. The walk to the beach from the home was through flood/overflow waters and the owners of the home near the beach are territorial and rude. To beat it all, it was like 1984 over there. We found cameras everywhere. It felt so invasive. I absolutely recommend looking elsewhere for accomodations. It's not worth the hassle. These people are non-resident grifters.

We fell in love with the Island and decided to by a house for our personal use and to share with you as well! We are from the Lake Lanier, GA area, just north of Atlanta. We have 4 kids, ages 20, 17, 14 and a 3 year old with special needs (that last one was a surprise!). We would love to share our home with you!
