The house is located in a small residential complex with five houses in the south of Westerland, directly on meadows and fields, and only 15 minutes walk from the beach. Both apartments offer you a good floor plan and are furnished in style and lovingly.

Ruhige Lage des Objekts

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für vier Erwachsene ist die Wohnung allerdings nicht geeignet. Die Lage des Objektes ist super. Ruhig gelegen, man erreicht aber den Strand und das Zentrum in 15-20 min. Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Leider kann man die Schlafzimmer nicht verdunkeln, da keine Rollos oder Vorhänge vorhanden sind. Das ist Verbesserungswürdig.
