Family sized comfort with executive space too!

Room for everyone in this well appointed home. Master has a king bed, guestroom has a bunk with twin over full and guestroom 2 has a full bed. Home has a flex room that can be used as additional living space, a quiet corner with a desk to get that office work done, or for extra guest accommodations with a sofa sleeper that has an extra thick memory foam topper. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also gas BBQ for those homecooked meals. Home is located in the best corner of town, just a five minute drive to Tri-Cities Raceway and winery row. The Columbia River and Kadlec Medical is a ten minute drive.

Most excellent property!!

This house was fantastic-super comfortable from the living room furniture to the beds! TV’s in all the rooms. Plenty of towels and bedding. Spotless and smelled great. Had some extra’s like shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and COFEE!! Tami was very accommodating to a couple special requests and very responsive! HIGHLY RECoMMEND. Way better than any hotel in the area!!

Pictures are extremely deceiving, home is need of updating and repairs. Pillows were old and stained, furniture worn out in need of replacement, with rips and stains. We were interrupted our first night by the gardener arriving to fix sprinklers at 8:30 at night with a 20 min notice, then had to change plans to bbq with family as he showed up again with short notice to mow the yard. If we had been told prior to our stay we would of made other plans and arrangements to see family while in town. Mowing also woke up my newborn even after the owner told him to comeback. Sprinklers sprayed my car each time they were on, to not even having a full roll of papertowels or a cutting board that wasn't stained with old food remnants. Did I mention the wasps nest outside somewhere? Or the multiple pet urine stains hidden under the ottoman? This house needs updating and a deep clean, there was dust and hair on so many surfaces. Oh and if you want to do laundry you can't wash on anything but cold or your clothes will smell like rubber? And if the main dryer doesn't work, you can use the one in the garage? Make sure you clean the lint trap in the dryer, no one did before our stay and it was full to the point of a fire hazard. My suggestion? Stay somewhere else and do not waste your money. We left a night early because we were sick of the house and it's poor condition. Don't be fooled like we were.

We cannot recommend this guest. Multiple house rules were violated during the stay including: bringing pets that were not declared in the reservation, failure to clean up after pets in the yard, and having additional undisclosed guests on the property. The guest also made false claims about property conditions, including providing photos of items that don’t belong to the rental property. She moved heavy furniture without permission and made unreasonable demands regarding scheduled maintenance staff who were working outdoors only. Despite accommodating an early check-in request at no extra charge, the guest was unappreciative and disruptive throughout the stay. The pattern of false complaints and rule violations suggests the guest may have been attempting to create grounds for a refund or compensation. I would not host this guest again.
