About this property

Schimmelreiter, exclusive FW on North beach, pure relaxation, hiking, cycling

From May 2019 we offer three beautiful, exclusive apartments on the island of Nordstrand for holiday rentals. See also Viola Tricolor (2853837) and Pole Poppers (2877589).

The apartments Viola Tricolor and Schimmelreiter can also be interconnected by means of a connecting door (soundproof door).

Our completely renovated apartments on Nordstrand are furnished with great attention to detail and meet high standards.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is dishes for at least 12 people (per apartment) available.

Each apartment is also equipped with a flat screen TV in the living room area and a second TV in the bedroom.

The spacious bathrooms have a hair dryer.

All apartments have access to a sauna, the use of which is included in the price.

Wi-Fi is also available for free.

Each apartment in Anna's Huus has a private entrance and a terrace with seating and barbecue.

From the terraces you have a magnificent view over fields and meadows to the evergreen North Sea dyke.

Outside, a playground with a swing, slide and sandpit makes children's hearts beat faster.

Our lockable garden house offers storage for bicycles or strollers.

A clothes dryer can be found there as well.

In addition, there is a barbecue area, which allows all our guests, even once together to barbecue and get to know each other.

You have a total of 11 bicycles available, which can be used free of charge (at your own risk) after consultation with other guests.

For all apartments, we also offer a baby cot and a highchair on request.

Out of consideration for subsequent guests may not smoke in the house.

As you can see, everything is taken care of so that you can enjoy your holiday in peace.

Registered dogs are welcome to bring along for an additional cleaning fee, but unfortunately, cats must stay outside (allergy risk).

The community Nordstrand charges a tourist tax, which is collected through the landlord. Currently this is € 2.2 per day and adult. In low season 1 €. This fee is listed as an administration fee.

Es ist alles da, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht,Nur die Türklinke der Badtür sollte erneuert werden, denn der Knopf ist schwer zu öffnen, vor allem wenn man nicht mehr so richtig zugreifen kann. Eine einfache Türklinke wäre sehr zu empfehlen.

Danke für das nette Feedback. Eine einfache Türklinke geht leider nicht, da sich dann die WC Tür und die Eingangstür verhaken können. Wir überlegen uns eine Lösung, wir können den Hinweis sehr gut nachvollziehen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Toll fanden wir, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Annas Huus auf Nordstrand

Die Ferienwohnung in Annas Huus hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen. Sie war sauber und ordentlich, und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und darüber hinaus. Als "Zückerchen" obendrauf, haben wir die Fass-Sauna empfunden, in der schon etwas kälteren Jahreszeit. Ebenso, die reichlich vorhandenen Fahrräder, welche uns zur Verfügung standen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal, zu einer früheren Zeit im Jahr, wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmals!!

Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht, es sind jede Menge Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, ebenso alle wünschenswerten Küchengeräte. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Schön war auch, dass wir unsere Fahrräder in einem Gartenhaus unter Verschluss halten konnten. Das Bad wirkt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen; d. h. die Wasserhähne sind schwergängig, die Fugenmasse zwischen den Fliesen löst sich zum Teil. Der Fußboden war nicht sauber, er klebte und um die Heizungsrohre und in den Ecken im Bad war noch Schmutz.

Die FeWo entsprach unseren Erwartungen in vollem Umfang.

Alles in Allem macht das Objekt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Einrichtung entspricht dem gängigen Standard. Sehr positiv ist das Vorhandensein von Fahrrädern für die Gäste und die Sauna, die kostenlos benutzt werden kann. Jede Wohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Grill. Wer ländliche Gegend bevorzugt (so wie wir) ist hier richtig.

Tolle Wohnung für Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Wohnung ist geeignet für 2-4 Personen (wenn man das Wohnzimmer nicht braucht). Fahrräder im Überfluss vorhanden, wir hatten Mühe, wieder alle in den Schuppen zu bekommen. Demnächst kommen wir auch mal für länger.
