Enjoy outdoor entertainment in the spacious yard, featuring a furnished patio, hammocks, and lawn games offering fun for all ages. Fire up the gas grill for a backyard barbecue or take a load off in one of the hammocks. In the evenings, gather around the gas firepit for starlight conversation. Bring the bikes along to cruise the neighborhood or let the kids ride around the cul-de-sac without having to worry about traffic.

The bright, cozy interior is well-appointed with contemporary amenities and all the comforts of home. Enjoy fireside conversation and board games in the living room or relax in the sunny, all-season room for shows and movies on the flatscreen TV. An electric fireplace adds a touch of ambiance for movie nights. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
