New years eve visit

The house is very nice but did have issues. No hot water in upstairs shower, no heat from unit in upstairs bedroom. Pet friendly but yard is not secure (I should have asked about this). Very noisy neighborhood, especially neighbors dog. Never received wifi password after asking multiple times.
