Beautiful Modern Villa in the heart of Brandon off Brandon Blvd (850 sqf, Duplex - Unit A). 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants, parks and grocery stores. Partially fence in private backyard with patio. 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa, Amalie arena, Hyde Park and the Hard Rock Casino. The perfect location to enjoy everything Brandon and Tampa has to offer. 35 minutes from all the beautiful St. Pete, Clearwater or Sarasota beaches. Not pet friendly!

Comfortable, Clean, Well Equipped

We stayed here with three adults and a teen for a local sports tournament. The unit is accurately described. It's clean and nicely renovated. I would stay here again.

A Perfect Match

I traveled to Brandon for work and stayed at the "Beautiful Modern Villa in the Tampa area" for my first week. It was a perfect fit. Great location - close to restaurants, stores and mall. The house was adorable - updated, well kept, clean and spacious enough for me and my husband while he was there. Would definitely go back if I had the need for an extended stay!

Everything was clean, great location, stayed for a few days. Close to restaurants, grocery. Wish the patio was fenced in for a little more privacy but a non issue overall
