High on the mountains relax the Nockbergregion enjoy .... here you can just switch off and let your eyes wander. From here you can start large mountain tours and all sports activities of the biosphere reserve Nockberg. Here man can still be human and recharge his energy in nature. From the window and balcony you can watch wild deer and deer grazing or the cows on the grounds in the summer.

The spacious apartment has a kitchen with dining area and 2 bedrooms with a double bed 1,60, and bathroom with separate toilet.

A parking space is available for the guests.

The building is almost self-sufficient and supplies itself with regenerative energies. The water comes from the own mountain source. The heating is exclusively made of wood. The area has its own wastewater treatment plant.

The small mountain village Eisentratten is located near the A10 motorway in Carinthia. Around 1400 there was an iron hammer factory in Eisentratten. The first Austrian rafting furnace was built in Kremsbrücke in 1541. August 1566, the first blast furnace in Eisentratten - built by Jakob Türgg - put into operation.

The next motorway exit is either Rennweg or at the artists' town Gmünd.
It takes about 20 minutes to get to Spittal an der Drau. To Villach about 45 minutes to 1 hour. In winter with larger amounts of snow, the mountain is only accessible by snow chains.
