Villa LENTISCO – luxurious house for 8-10 persons, with large private pool and suptropical garden, with extra guesthouse at the pool and barbecue-aerea de luxe, some 5-10min from the beaches. This luxurious villa is situated in Llano de las Maravillas, between Chiclana and Conil – very near to the golf course of Campano.
The main house (190m2) has 4 bedrooms, 2 with boudble-beds and 2 with each 2 single-beds.
2 bathrooms, with tub with shower, and andother bathroom at the ousider of the house, near the pool, with shower
A complete kitchen with dish-washer, two fridges, microwave, baking oven etc.
A living room with air-conditioning, couches, dining-table with chairs, fireplace, TV (SAT TV on request).
Outside you have a porche with outdoor-kitchen and barbecue and sun-loungers and a outdoor shower.
The guest house (60m2) near the pool is decorated in Moroccon style and has a fantastic porche with cozy rattan chairs – with a superb view on the large pool (60m2). It offers sleeps for 2 persons and has its own bathroom and is airconditioned.
The whole plot of 3.300m2 is well kept and offers parking space for 4 cars.
Also the golf course of Novo Sancti Petri is withing 5-10min by car, where you find many restaurants, bars and precious beaches.

La casa es preciosa, y los dueños muy atentos. No he puesto las cinco estrellas porque seguramente por mala suerte nos han comido los mosquitos , no dentro de la casa q hay mosquiteros pero si En el jardín, eso nos mermó un poco el confortable q tiene la casa. Y otro punto negativo se lo doy a la casita de la piscina puesto q aunque está bien como habitación para estar de día en ella, no así para dormir q es lo q necesitábamos, puesto q la cama era un sofá y se hacía imposible dormir en el.por tanto aconsejaría poner una cama doble o cama nido. Tb se hecha de menos un armario en dicha casita pq en 10 días se precisa ropa q sacar de la maleta. Aún así , esto son consejos q creo dan mayor relevancia a la villa!! Y lo cierto es q tiene un jardín y piscina fantásticos y es un gusto, salvo con los mosquitos, pasar allí la mayor parte del día. Un saludo!!!
