Four bedroom villa with a large garden with pines and private pool. Powerful DSL internet WIFI. Luxuriously furnished in colonial style. Enjoy the jacuzzi with views over the pines trees. BBQ and nice wooden cabin. Charming and peaceful area within walking distance to beaches, marina, supermarkets, tapas bars and restaurants. Besides Natural Park Bahia de Cadiz with nice views of the pine forest and the wet lands, you may find flamingos in your morning walk to the bakery. 10 minutes drives to golf course. There are also many sports facilities nearby: Public sport center, horses. In the old village of Sancti Petri (3,4km) there are sailing, canoeing, wind-surfing facilities and a marina. Wonderful garden and very charming house

This is a very special place we liked very much. We had cold weather with much rain, so it was a little clam and musty but we had the fire place running that worked very well - and even enjoyed the cold pool nevertheless. Spacious and so much room, you won’t find that anymore with new premises near beaches, city center and so on.

The house was dirty and many things broken. We decided not to stay within 1 hour of arriving. We had to pay for alternative accommodation. We request a full refund

Stay at Villa Los Olivos.

Clean and comfortable villa very well equipped. Lovely private pool with excellent outside space for dogs. Very helpful staff. No A/C which was not a problem during our spring stay but in summer this can be an issue. Also insect bites in garden is an issue so ensure you have insect repellent.

I'm a Secondary teacher of Spanish living in Brussels with my husband and my three children (10, 15 and 17). El Olivo was our family residence when we lived in Spain before moving to Brussels. We all have very good 'recuerdos' of those good times in Chiclana.

Villa Carmen, in Sanlucar Ref. S23111, has been my mother's family residence from the XIXth century. It was rebuilt in 1990 preserving the ancient structure with the patio and the old well.

Why they chose this property

The place, called Coto San Jose, is considered the most high standing in Chiclana Coast because of its large properties as El Olivo mainly as first residence, in a very peaceful, quiet and natural area, out of turist crowded places but close enough to reach them walking. It is a very suitable place for family life, as we can reach all the amenities in a short walk: marina and sports, beaches, paseo maritimo, shops, etc. All the area is provided with bike lanes. A completely different place in Chiclana coast. Lovely walks around the pinewood, by the seaside, around the marismas. My husband, Classics teacher, is so proud of historic importance of the area. Check about Barossa Battle in Peninsular War 1811.

What makes this property unique

Absolutely special place: You can hear the waves sound in the calm of night. Have an evening drink by the pool in the middle of a pine forest... History, nature, art, gastronomy. So many possibilities!
