All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and burglary protection, so you can sleep at night carefree even with the windows open.

A spacious swimming pool (10 x 5 m) invites you to swimming, water polo games or relaxing one, right next to the covered, large pool terrace or in the shade of nearby palm and pine trees - ideal for siestas.
There is a separate dining terrace behind the house located facing the pool and a front porch (perfect for breakfast in the morning sun) with many fragrant plants. All kinds of water sports, paddle and tennis are all within walking distance. A wonderful place in winter (fireplace and heating are not only available, but also work), at about 18-20 degrees and sun - while it's cold and gray in Northern Europe.

Numerous excursions provide plenty of variety:

- Clothing / shoes / flea market every Friday morning-in Conil (15 min.)
- Climbing through the treetops of the neighboring pine forest (5 Min.)
- Horse lovers will find several riding stables nearby (10-20 min.)
- The famous white villages (Medina Sidonia, Vejer, Arcos, 30-60 min.)
- Cadiz (30 mins): Take a stroll through the picturesque old town with its beautiful buildings, plazas and parks, probably the oldest and one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Ferry from Cádiz to Puerto Santa Maria: Eat huge Gambas from a newspaper.
- Jerez (45 min): Visit Sherry bodegas Domecq, Gonzalez Byass or the famous riding school for your children the Aqua Sherry water park, the zoo or a huge shopping center near the airport.
- Sevilla (75 min): Sevilla alone is worth a whole weekend, can be explored by Segway tours: the Alcazar, the world's third largest cathedral and the former world exhibition offer some of the attractions.
- Gibraltar (60 min.): Visit a concert in the magnificent stalactite cave, the rock or the old monkey defenses of British
- Tarifa (45 min): You watch the kite surfers to look for Africa or celebrate! Fascinating whale watching in the Strait of Gibraltar.
- Sanlucar de Barrameda (60 min): Drink Sherry & visit horse racing on the beach with picnic atmosphere
- Visit to a bull farm
- Lunch in Tangier (45 minutes by hydrofoil)
- Visiting the great Roman ruins of Bologna in Claudio Baeolo
- Cape Trafalgar (especially when a big storm!)

For golf lovers the province of Cadiz offers a great choice of golf courses nearby: The Costa de la Luz offers golf friends perfect conditions. Excellent golf courses that rival those on the Costa del Sol in nothing! But however much less crowded - here you get even without tee time reservation for knocking. Several excellent golf courses are just 5-15 minutes away from the house:
