Holiday house in Conil de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.

This beautiful holiday home for 8 people is located on a 860 m2 plot just a few minutes from the beaches of the Costa de la Luz. It is located in a luxury urbanization with single-family homes with 24-hour security service, among pine forests and with safe streets for children. All the services of the urbanization (bars, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, etc.) are for the exclusive use of the residents and guests of the urbanization.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and two with two single beds each. The two bedrooms with double beds also have an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub each. The other two bathrooms in the villa have a shower tray. The bright living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining table. The fully equipped independent kitchen has all the kitchenware and appliances you will need to feel at home. The entire villa is provided with hot/cold air conditioning.

In the outdoor area, you will find a fantastic covered porch with a chill-out area and outdoor dining area, facing a perfectly maintained garden. The icing on the cake is the completely fenced private pool, which will add more security for families with children.

Access to the house, which also has private parking, is possible through a paved road between pine forests.

Das sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Haus liegt in einer Villengegend. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Zum Strand sind es fußläufig nur ca. 400 m. Sehr nah, um auch abends nochmal zum Meer zu gehen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sowie der traumhafte Strand, sind durch nichts zu toppen. Einmalig schön. Unser Lieblingsziel in Andalusien: Roche. Das nächste Mal möchten wir mindestens 2 Wochen bleiben. Und nicht zu vergessen der Kontakt zu Braulio und Esmeralda war sehr sehr nett. Ein Vermieterpaar, das 5 Sterne verdient hat.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch Pool und Garten sind gut gepflegt
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch Pool und Garten sind gut gepflegt (Poolboy und Gärtner kommen wöchentlich vorbei). Die Vermieter sind herzlich und freundlich. Wir waren zu viert, hätten aber auch mit 6 Personen ausreichend Platz gehabt. Die Lage ist super. Die Straße ist ruhig, und der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso das kleine Zentrum von Roche mit Spielplatz und Mini-Supermarkt.

Wir haben die ersten beiden Oktoberwochen zu viert in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt absolut nichts und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Möblierung und die Dekoration des Hauses sind sehr gut und geschmackvoll und die Terrasse ist ein wirkliches Wohnzimmer im Freien, auf dem sich auch regnerische Tage gut verbringen lassen. Der grosse Garten und der Swimmingpool tragen ihr übriges dazu bei. Darüber hinaus ist alles an diesem Haus gut durchdacht wie z.B. eine warme Dusche im Freien, perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. All das zusammen ergibt ein sehr gemütliches Haus. Wir haben das Haus und seine Umgebung sehr genossen und wir werden wieder kommen!
