Nice property. The pool is nice and house is well equipped. The pedantic nature of the host made it feel like we were house sitting due to the detailed instructions and requests during our stay, which conflicted with the concept of a relaxing holiday.

We stand by the principle that everybody who causes a relevant damage should pay for it — in this case, a burned tabletop on a lacquered dining table. Furthermore, it is not typical behavior among our guests to put greasy, burnt pots back in the cupboards without cleaning them first. In this light, your feedback appears to us as a form of "retaliation"— hardly the proper way to behave, is it?

A beautiful house with 6 very good bedrooms. My family of 10 adults and 1 infant really enjoyed our stay. Having 7 bathrooms was a real luxury.

Fabulous house

We spent a marvellous week with three families in Villa Australia. The house is very well designed and beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It has an excellent kitchen and large outdoor dining area. We also loved the pool and garden. The Roche development has everything we needed (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, restaurants, pizzeria and stunning beach) - all on our doorstep. The host Matthias was super helpful with recommendations. We will definitely return. Thank you!

The pool was well maintained and much enjoyed, particularly by the children. The kitchen was replete with dishware, utensils, and pots of every type. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms spacious, and the access to a bathroom in every room very convenient. There was plenty of space throughout the property to accommodate everyone. Isabel, the house manager, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I very much appreciated Matthias' prompt and useful level of communication. He left no stone unturned to provide our family and friends with an excellent stay.

Excellent villa for 3 families

Excellent property, renovated, well decorated with a very nice pool. Almost all rooms have their own spacious bathroom attached which makes it perfect to share for more than one family. BBQ pit and porch are nicely protected so nice for any time of the day. Little to add for a great stay!
