About this property

APARTMENT
The 3-room apartment in our house on Kunaustraße has a living room with a cosy sitting area and a dining area for 4 people. It is 52 m² large. Bedroom 1 with double bed and wardrobe is furnished in Asian style. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. A small kitchen with inventory completes the apartment.
The bus stop "Saseler Markt" as well as the S-Bahn station Poppenbüttel are within walking distance. It takes 30-40 minutes from the apartment to downtown Hamburg. Thursdays and Saturdays are market days and directly opposite your accommodation you will find a wide range of fresh produce. Bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office and banks are also nearby.
North Germany's largest shopping center - the Alstertaler Einkaufszentrum - with a multitude of restaurants, cafes and boutiques is about 18 minutes' walk away. Saseler Park is about 500 meters away from our apartment complex. There is also a recreational area within walking distance with wonderful hiking trails along the Alsterlauf.

Die Wohnung war sauber, aber es gibt gravierende Mängel: - weder Küche noch Bad/WC verfügen über ein Fenster oder eine Lüftung, müssen also über Flur und Zimmer belüftet werden - die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft (zu wenig Besteck, zusammengesuchtes Geschirr), daher ist die Spülmaschine nur halbleer nutzbar

Empfehlenswert

Die Unterkunft war im im Großen und Ganzen wie beschrieben. Uns fehlte leider die in der Küche angekündigte Mikrowelle. Ein paar Deckchen oder Sets für den Tisch wären auch noch schön gewesen. Ansonsten war alles da. In der nahen Umgebung hat man alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt und in einer der Bächereien am Markt gibt es ein wirklich hervorragendes Frühstück, auch am Sonntag.
