Zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral im Grindelviertel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Dammtorbahnhofs und des Grindelviertels (Universität). Trotzdem ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Viele Lolkale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Kostenloses Parken in der Nähe (z.B. im Turmweg auf der anderen Seite der Rothenbaumchaussee). Einziger Nachteil sind die Souterrainlage, weshalb wenig Tageslicht in die Wohnung kommt, und kaum Platz im Kleiderschrank, der durch das Bettzeug für die Schlafcouch bereits voll ist. Für zwei Personen trotzdem ziemlich optimal, mit vier Personen und ausgezogener Couch wird es aber eher eng und ungemütlich. Gute Küchenausstattung.
