Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel

A great studio area at Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants and Wohlerspark nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city can be reached very quickly. The listed area has been extensively restored by us. The living room also has a comfortable sofa bed. Thus, three separate sleeping areas are available. The loft area we use as a photo studio and occasionally rent to nice people.
It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Very pleasant & cozy appartement

We had a pleasant stay at this cool & cozy appartement. Only small downside is the loud train line close by, but this is only an issue for those with a very light sleep.

Exceeded expectations

Our stay was great! The place had 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a charming balcony. It was bigger than we expected and really close to transit, which was great for getting around Hamburg. In general, the vibe of this part of the Altona neighbourhood is upbeat but it’s also really close to parks and other quieter spaces. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I was back in Hamburg.

Beautifully renovated apartment

The apartment was truly lovely. Spacious and painstakingly renovated to include heritage details with modern amenities. Jens is a great host. The apartment was immaculately cleaned prior to our entry. It is close to food shops and transit which made getting around very easy. It's in a lively area of town for those who enjoy nightlife.

Sehr schön renovierter Altbau, viele Details, viel Platz. Lage ideal z. B. um zur Reeperbahn zu gehen zu Fuß, Bus vor der Tür, Bahnstation in der Nähe, Bahnstrecke in der Nähe hörbar aber ok für uns. Insgesamt wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Hat schnell reagiert. War schnell zu erreichen.Die Lage für Ausflüge in die Stadt und st. Pauli war exzellent. Gute Bus und Bahn Anbindung.Letztere war leider sehr laut. Luftlinie vielleicht 200 Meter zur Bahn.Wir empfehlen Ohrstöpsel

Empfehlenswert

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Umgang mit dem Vermieter. Er meldet sich schnell zurück und ist bemüht, Wünschen oder Anfragen nachzugehen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Einziger Nachteil: Lautstärke der Bahn, die direkt an der Wohnung vorbeifährt. Aber das ist nunmal der „Preis“ für die zentrale Lage. Insgesamt sehr zu Empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft trifft alle Erwartungen. Sehr netter Empfang, tolle Ausstattung in einer gepflegten Altbauwohnung. Ein kleiner Nachteil hat das Appartment: es ist sehr hellhörig; so dass man sowohl die anderen Gäste im Haus als auch die in der Nähe vorbeilaufende Bahn sehr deutlich hört. Trotzdem hatten wir tolle Tage in Hamburg und haben sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Appartement.
