The apartment consists of 1 living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The bedrooms are upstairs.

There is also a large sun terrace, garden furniture, playground, garden shed and a barbecue in the garden.

The beds are made and towels are ready in the bathroom.

A small to medium sized dog may be brought.

If you bring a dog, we ask you to bring bed linen and towels.

Otherwise there are no additional costs.

If you cancel at short notice - up to 5 days before arrival-

we charge 50% of the total,

otherwise we keep the 20% down payment.

Nordseeluft pur

Das Quartier ist hervorragend, die Gastgeber sehr liebenswürdig und freundlich. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht, ist man in Kaiser-Wilhelm-Koog genau richtig. Die ausgewiesene Badestelle mit Grünstrand ist irreführend -- mit Strandleben ist nix !!! Und die Nordsee sieht man nur als schmalen Streifen am Horizont. Aber Friedrichskoog ist nicht weit und da hat man alles, was man braucht -- nur Wasser nicht bei Ebbe ! Aber so ist das nun mal an der Nordee. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und uns in 10 Tagen gut erholt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Für eine 4 köpfige Familie vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage ist ruhig und dörflich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen )))

Ruhige schöne Herberge zum erholen!

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wunderbar. Wir wurden freundlich von Familien Tolkmit empfangen. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und die frischen Handtücher erwarteten uns im modernen Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung zu dritt hat uns vollkommen ausgereicht und eine vierte Person hätte leicht noch Platz gefunden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Familie Tolkmit hat einen tollen Garten, sogar mit Schauckel und Sandkasten für die kleinen. Dort war auch alles schön gepflegt und mit tollen Blumen bepflanzt. Die Terrasse lud auch zum verweilen ein und um die Zeit um sich herum zu vergessen. Bei schlechtem Wetter gäbe es noch ein gemütliches Gartenhaus. Allgemein sehr ruhige Lage und nur 900 m zu Fuß bis zum Deich. Ansonsten gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die mit dem Auto ohne Probleme zu erreichen sind. Erholung Pur :-) und nur zu empfehlen!
