Nice property

It’s a great property, about 7 mins to the beach, great space to walk a dog, and friendly people. The condo itself is very spacious. We were very happy to have a pet friendly place. The dishwasher and W/D were helpful. In terms of cleanliness, the fridge was filthy. The kitchen counters and stove were clearly not wiped. Everything else was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Baseball vacation

Chris has a nice clean rental and is very easy to communicate with. I believe the only recommendation for Chris would be to have ALL of the kitchen tools, utensils and cookware replaced and added to. For example, i had to go out and purchase a small fry pan to cook my eggs. There was no flexible silicone cooking utensils/tools, all metal. The instant coffee maker that was there was very questionable and dirty, but Chris was nice enough to purchase a new Keurig for us to use. Thank youI would definitely recommend renting this property and will consider renting again in the future.

Perfect for the entire family

This condo has everything that is needed for a great family vacation! The owner was great and very responsive. The community was clean, quiet and had perfect walking trails for my kids and dog. I will definitely stay here again.
