Step into the townhome and you'll immediately notice the stairs leading up to the main level. To the right, there's a charming first bedroom adorned with mountain-themed decor and featuring a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

On the main level, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. The breakfast bar comfortably seats 3, while the dining room provides ample space for 6 people, making it perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room offers vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and plush seating to create a cozy atmosphere to unwind. Feel free to snuggle up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the provided board games. Adorning the living room walls are striking images of Colorado wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. Adjacent to the dining room is a balcony where you can relax in the private hot tub surrounded by trees, ensuring a tranquil and secluded experience.

Located off the living room, the primary bedroom awaits you with a King bed and expansive windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding trees and majestic mountain tops. As you ascend to the third floor, you'll find a convenient half bathroom midway up the staircase.
