House of the craftsman - KOBLENZ

The craftsman's house is a house designed especially for assembly workers, larger groups and families.
Overall, an occupancy of up to 14 people is possible.
The house is very conveniently located: In the city center of Koblenz, in the business park Mühlheim-Kärlich and also in the industrial area Koblenz-Kesselheim you drive only a few minutes.
The Rhine (jetty) is only a few meters. To the German corner, from which the cable car leads to the fortress Ehrenbreitstein, one can run comfortably and translate over the Mosel with a small ferry. The kart track of Koblenz-Lützel is also nearby.
The house of the artisan has two bedrooms with 2 beds, a bedroom with 3 beds, a bedroom with 4 beds, 3 bathrooms and a common area with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area and a living room with TV. The sofas in the living room are comfortable sofa beds, so that the living space in need of 5. Bedroom can be used. On the ground floor and in the attic are each 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (in the attic a full bath, on the ground floor a shower room).
