At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Kurze Wege zum Zentrum im Prerow u. Ostsee. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Wunderschönen Urlaub an der Ostsee

Wir durften in Prerow einen wunderschönen Urlaub genießen. Die Landschaft, der Ort, und das Wetter zeigten sich von der besten Seite. Die Wohnung tat alles dazu. Super schön eingerichtet. Ruhig, und doch zentral. Die Matratzen, natürlich für jeden anders, fand ich etwas ausgelegen. Aber immer noch akzeptabel. Einziges Manko: Wir waren mit dem Hund im Urlaub. Für den Hund, und die Wohnung, wäre es toll wenn es im Garten eine Möglichkeit gäbe mit einem Wasserschlauch den Hund abzuduschen. Leider gibt es sowas auch nicht am Strand. Alles in allem war es aber ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt, es war alles Nötige vorhanden ( bis auf Geschirrtücher). Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr ruhig, aber alles, was man so im Alltag braucht, ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einzig auf den etwas patzigen Kommentar der Mitarbeiterin im Büro, auf unsere Bitte hin, ob wir noch ein Geschirrspültab bekommen könnten, hätten wir gerne verzichtet. Alles in allem zufrieden stellend!

Entspannter Urlaub!

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung. Häuser stehen in Prerow zwar relativ eng zusammen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Terrasse in Südrichtung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ausstattung und Lage

Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht und ist ausreichend geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dabei doch zentral. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Rad ist Prerow ein wunderbarer Ausgangsort für viele Touren. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Prerow

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Prerow. Die Ferienwohnung ist toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
