The cottage extends over three levels.

The entrance area with hallway is in the middle level. Here are 1 bedroom with double bed, shower / WC and a guest toilet.

From the hallway you can reach the spacious living room with the kitchenette in the lower level with the exit to the large terrace via a comfortable staircase. Two further bedrooms, each with 2 single beds are arranged on the upper floor. The attic is expanded with a play floor.

The house is classified according to the guidelines of the DTVB *** (3) stars.

The house has a garden, terrace overlooking a small lake - the terrace is covered if necessary with a large awning -garden furniture, barbecue, 2 parking spaces next to the house.

The holiday home is available all year round and has free Wi-Fi.

The Boddenhaus 60 has a charging station for electric cars.
This can be used by our guests using Newmotion or Plugsurving Charge Cards.
In the house next dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and radio and all everyday objects are available.

Additional costs for water, gas and electricity are charged according to consumption.
