The house has on the ground floor a large living room, with dining area and kitchenette
2 times 1 pers bedroom, shower and toilet are also on the ground floor.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms available.
One with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
Walk in the living room through the sliding door then you stand in the garden: 600 sqm and fenced. The garden is on the edge of the park and on the water. Here you have different possibilities to enjoy in the sun and in the shade.

Completely renovated in 2016.

Entspannter Urlaub

Sehr erholsamer entspannter Urlaub. Die Insel ist sehr schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist super,sehr schöne Ferienanlanlage,man hat viel Privatsphäre, der Garten ist schön angelegt, ideal für Hundebesitzer und Menschen die total relaxen wollen. Schöne Sandstrände sind nur 10-25 Minuten entfernt. Eine schöne Bootsfahrt kann mann ca 400 m entfernt starten. Das Häuschen selber ist sehr rustikal und gemütlich. Alles hat funktioniert und viele Sachen für den alltäglichen Gebrauch waren vorhanden. Für mehr als 4 Personen würden wir es aber nicht nutzen wollen. Das obere Kinderzimmer mit seiner starken Dachschräge ist schon sehr klein. Die zwei unteren Zimmer sind da schon besser geeignet. Die Toilette ist mega klein, was uns schon etwas gestört hat. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Kleiner Minuspunkt war nur, das man trotz größter Vorsicht, jedes Mal beim Duschen das halbe Bad ,,geflutet,, hat,weil keine extra Duschwanne vorhanden ist. Aber mit dem Vorhanden Abzieher, hat man schnell sämtliche Spuren beseitigt. Zur Sauberkeit kann man sagen, das grundsätzlich alle Sichtflächen, Toilette, Bad und die Küche sauber waren, aber bei genauerem hinsehen vorallem die Matratzen und der Lattenrost etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdienen könnten. Wenn man auf eine moderne und abgestimmte Einrichtung steht, könnte man hier eventuell etwas enttäuscht werden. Alles in Allem hat uns das Häuschen,der Garten die Lage und der Urlaub gut gefallen.
