Excellent for Downtown Kansas City

Super clean, quiet, and everything you need. It's a few blocks from a grocery so you can pick up food for dinner, right on the streetcar line (currently free to ride) which makes it easy to explore the downtown area, and a number of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. There was even coffee and tea available. If you're on a long trip, you'll appreciate having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. We did have an issue with parking, which I'll mention to help others. It may appear that the garage is closed, it is not closed for people staying in that building, just follow the instructions you get and pull up and get your ticket, the door will open. Also, not that parking is not included, but it is pretty reasonable considering you are right downtown. If we are ever in Kansas City, MO, again, we'll try to stay here.

Comfortable urban experience

Quiet, comfortable and convenient for events at T Mobile Center, Convention Center, Municipal Auditorium. It’s located at a stop for the trolley. We have stayed in this high rise building several times and would return again. The building is currently undergoing some construction, so unloading luggage and checking in was inconvenient. The host was very responsive to any inquiries.

Great place and great location

We were attending an event at the convention center. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. We arrived at midnight, and found the instruction to get the keys were a little confusing. It took us a while to find the lock box. But once we did everything went smooth. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was lacking a few necessities like a frying pan, cookie sheet and cutting board but we were able to make do with what we had.
