Notoriously known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", it sits on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three spacious, private/separate apartments. It has been completely (yet meticulously) renovated & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.

Would definitely stay again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has so much charm and everything we needed for a weekend away. With it walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown and the river walk, we got to explore and not worry about parking! While it was a beautiful stay, the best part was the hosts’ hospitality. Bill and Sandy were so kind, gracious, and eager to help us enjoy our time. We felt so loved and cared for by them! Would love to stay again when we come back to visit Wilmington.

We enjoyed our stay. The loft apartment is very nice and the host was excellent. If we were to go back to Wilmington, we would definitely stay here again. It’s also close to everything interesting in the Historic District.

Clean, Cute and Comfortable

We were in town for a wedding at the Brooklyn Arts Center. Great location and the apartment was just as listed. I hoped the porch with rocking chairs.
