Newly built, luxurious modern chalet walkable to Heavenly Mountain and less than 1 mile to the Lake! Permitted under South Lake Tahoe Hosted Rental regulations.

5 night minimum, 7 night min over peak holiday periods. Ideal for families with children over the age of 10. Accommodates maximim party size of 6. Sorry, no bridal or wedding groups and no gatherings of more than 10 people permitted. No commerical photo shoots or any type of business may be operated from this residential property.
