Located in a peaceful neighborhood in Berryessa, our home is convenient to shopping, dining, public transportation (BART and VTA), and major highways. This is a perfect house for multi-generational family group travel or work teams opting for a home with kitchen instead of staying in a hotel.

Our host was exceptionally kind. Accidentally left my bags of medicine at the house. He promptly contacted the cleaners and coordinated their return. The house was great…plenty of room with lots of entertainment for the kids and excited adults…karaoke, Diablo, ping pong, sound system, great kitchen…

Family was there to watch my niece play prsevens rugby at Pay Pal Park. Property was close to the Freeway and grocery stores. Robert was responsive when we needed something. Overall would recommend the property.

Thanksgiving trip

This home was great for our family. We were able to spread out and enjoy our own interests through the day. We were able to have our family who live in the area over for visits during the day and never felt cramped for space. The children really enjoyed the game table in the living room. We took pictures together in the back yard and my grandson enjoyed figuring out what kind of fruit trees were in the backyard. We had a wonderful time staying at your house during Thanksgiving week. I really enjoyed your oven and stove very nice appliances. I would love to come back and stay here the next time we are in the area visiting our son and family. Very close to many activities for the family to do. My daughter ha to work some while we were there and she loved that you had so many work stations set up for working on the computer. All in all it was a great set up for everyone in our family.

Great house!

I stayed here with some of my staff members for a conference. It was accurately described, and Robert was very easy to communicate with when I had questions. Everything worked, from the ac, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, tvs, etc. and that's more than I can say about other places I've stayed at. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The only thing in our unique situation is there are tons of nice size beds, but ultimately since we aren't family, two of my employees had to sleep in the same bed and one of them had to use the air mattress in a living room. It does have the potential to sleep a lot of people, but if there are 6 people who want to sleep separately, it is not ideal. It would be perfect for 4 adults sleeping separately or honestly up to 8 adults and a few kids on an air mattress or couch if people shared beds. Overall, no complaints at all!
