Full time private residence now being made available for rental market. This second row house is wonderfully located on a large open lot with fantastic ocean views and steps away from the #9 walkway to the beach. Two separate driveways allow for up to 6 vehicle parking.
Large open living space on the main floor offers a large dining table, two large sofa's assorted other seating and a 70 inch television for your viewing. The fully stocked kitchen offers almost every gadget you can think of and has all newer appliances. Additionally, there is a separate drink refrigerator and icemaker. The deck off this living space is newly rennovated, and includes plenty of seating with lounge chairs plus a large outdoor dining table.
Main king primary suite on this level has fantastic ocean view and private bath. Two additional queen bedrooms share a full bath. All bedrooms contain their own televisions.
The lower level contains a second king bedroom with attached bath. The 5th bedroom contains 2 full/twin bunk beds for plenty of sleep space. This level also has its own family room area with large TV and video game units.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Perfect Location, Great House

I could not recommend this property more strongly. Very comfortable house on the best beach at Fripp, directly across from the beach access. Great place, great experience.

Beautiful beach home at Frip

This is the fourth time that we have stayed at Fripp and this was by far, our favorite home. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room is ideal for families and friends to gather. The kitchen was well stocked and had high quality pans and cook ware. The beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the second story porch to read and play games while we listened to the ocean. This a gem of home. We hope to rent again!

Perfect beach location with great beach access. Home is comfortable and well appointed.

Outstanding beach rental. Great location and plenty of space to spread out. Well appointed kitchen. The property manager was very attentive. Ask for extra towels. Highly recommend.

Lovely, Spacious Home

The house was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped. Other than a problem with bugs in the kitchen, everything about the house was great. We have stayed on Fripp many times, and this house was one of the best.
