12acre Villa right by Keeneland-Keene Creek Estate 10,000sqft

Boasting over 12 acres of gorgeous Kentucky countryside! Located less than a mile from Keeneland with access to Back Gate Drive. Sleeps 19. Please note that we are only allowed to host up to 4 unrelated (non family) individuals at a time, as per Fayette County rules. So, this property is great for large family get togethers!

Guests are allowed to bring up to 8 vehicles during their stay.

Level ll EV charger available for complimentary use.

The estate is surrounded by horse farms and has nearly 300yds of creek frontage, a forested preserve with nature trails, rolling green pastures, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

Large flat screen TVs in every bedroom with Disney/ESPN/Netflix/Hulu/Cable and Chromecast streaming.

Perfect for a secluded luxury stay or large family get-togethers.

There are 7 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite bathrooms. 2 other full bathrooms and 2 half baths are available in convenient locations throughout the manor.

There is one large kitchen and a smaller secondary kitchen on either end of the house. The secondary kitchen is within one of the bedroom suites. There is also a small kitchenette bar area adjacent to the main living room.

Keypad Access will be provided. The entire property is available for exploration, however there are several barns on the property that may be locked.

Many of the forest trails are on the other side of the creek. The creek is easy to cross when water levels are low, but after storms it can rise and access to the forest may not be possible. Most of the time the creek is less than 1-2 feet deep.

The manor was recently completely remodeled with new furnishings and tasteful antiques: ready for you to enjoy!

Great Times

Property was great and fit everyone in our extended family. Large yard for the kids to run around in. The stream out back was fun to put your feet in. The horses all around were friendly to pet and feed hay to. The kitchen had enough ovens to keep us all fed and the outdoor grill worked perfectly. Great location for going to locations all over (zoo, Churchill downs, distilleries and downtown Lexington. Great all around.

Thanksgiving Retreat

My husband and I along with our 4 children, their spouses and 18 of our grandchildren vacationed for Thanksgiving this year! This house was perfect! There was enough space, rooms, accommodations for each fam to have personal space, for kids & adults to hang out… we all enjoyed the creek and the grounds. Our children surprised w a fam photo shoot. The outdoors and outside entry way were perfect backdrops. We went to mammoth cave and The Ark. There is plenty of shopping nearby for groceries… Communicating with the owners was easy and they took very good care of us.

Great Time

We had 5 couples all in our 60’s. Plenty of room and amenities. We ate at the Kentucky Castle twice, in Midway twice, and two evenings at the house. The house is a perfect location to the distilleries in Lexington and Frankfort we toured and Ashland Henry Clays home . Sunday we went to Keeneland and enjoyed the Lexington Room atmosphere and dining while we watched the races. Keeneland is just 5 minutes from the house if you enter the back gate at Keeneland. We’ll stay at Tyler and Sadie’s rental again.

Fantastic House for a long weekend

It is hard for the VRBO listing to do this property justice. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you’re bringing a large group to bourbon country. You’ll be hard pressed to do better than this.

Great property!

We had a large group of friends, all adults over 40 for an annual weekend away. This is one of the first houses we've been able to find that not only had enough room but more then enough room. And since we aren't vacationing with children, the fact that 6 of the 7 bedrooms were set up for adults was a huge! The house was clean and although we had a few small issues, the owners were super responsive and took care of everything right away. Honestly, best experience I've had with owners. The house has everything you need and has so much room, we were able to hang out together or get away to have our own space when needed. My only caution about the house is there are A LOT of stairs. It wasn't a problem but is something to be aware of if you have anyone in your group that might have a tough time with stairs. We had someone recovering from foot surgery and in a boot. She was able to manage the stairs on the main floor, but had to stay in a room on the main floor and wasn't able to do the stairs to the 2nd floor. Overall it's a really great house and I would book it again

Wonderful, Spacious Home for a Large Gathering

This was an excellent place for my family's five day gathering. We had seven couples with ten children ages four through fifteen. There was so much for everyone to do. From playing in the river water, visiting on the multiple decks, watch movies, playing video games to doing jigsaw puzzles we brought and visiting. One of the awesome features... the home is large enough that you can have the kids boisterously playing in one part of the home and not even be able to hear them while sitting in another. A couple of small drawbacks... some of the stones on the front stairs are loose and a little concerning to walk on. The oven in the kitchen gives off a slight propane smell when on (not a problem when off). The primary bedroom has no closet and no armoire and, thus, no where to hang clothes. But, even with these small issues, we would DEFINITELY rent the home again. It was truly a perfect location for my family reunion.

Fabulous Home

This property was absolutely gorgeous! My family decided to do an in-state-cation this year and the home met our needs very well. There were plenty of places to sit and hang out, the deck area was great, the large kitchen was a wonderful space to gather and cook, and all of the rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. The creek was perfect for the kids (and kids at heart). Communication with the owners was A+. Property was easy to reach and was absolutely picturesque. One thing to note—it is difficult to tell from the pictures, but this house has LOTS of stairs. We had two in our party with mobility issues, so they kind of had to pick a spot and stay there. It would not be suitable at all for someone in a wheelchair. Otherwise, we were very happy with this home and would stay here again with a group of friends.

We did a weekend getaway. Only ended up being 8 adults so we had plenty of room. The rooms were nice and we loved hanging out on the back porch before our event. The location was quiet and a quick trip into restaurants and local attractions. It could be a little tricky to turn left onto Versailles Rd.

Bourbon Trail with Friends

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and it was close to a lot of the bourbon distilleries and wineries we wanted to visit. The home was perfect for our large group of friends. We were all able to gather on the outside deck in the evening or the comfortable living room and kitchen. We definitely would return if are coming back to the area!! The Anderson's were very attentive when we had question.

Asbury Seminary Dedication

The property was perfect for our family. We had four generations join with us for a family celebraation. The accomodations were perfect for us. The kitchen was fabulous and served as our gathering spot where we shared very special time together. The location was great as most family members flew in and it is very close to the airport. One of our most favorite things was getting to introduce visitors (family and friends) to all of the sights and sounds of Lexington. We are so excited to continue that tradition by offering a clean, spacious, tasteful home that allows visitors to immerse themselves in the culture of Horse Country.

You'll find no better place to get away from the crowds, and yet still have immediate access to all of the things that Lexington has to offer. Especially all the horses!

We want to create a modern and relaxing experience with premium connectivity via wifi. Every bedroom has streaming so that you don't have to miss the action.
