Best condo we have ever stayed in. So clean and quiet. One bedroom and 2 full baths. Right on the water. The host made sure that everything was there that we would need, plus more. Would definitely stay there agsin.

We loved being on the water with a waterfront view in the condos. We didn't jump in the lake, but it was a great experience sipping coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the boats and wildlife. It was only about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Hot Springs, which we also enjoyed. Thanks for a great experience!

The condo was clean and had a great view of the lake. Next time we plan to take paddle boards and use them right off the back dock. Phillip was extremely helpful before, during and after the stay. We even had a dead car battery when we went to leave, Phillip came over and jumped it for us so we could head out without waiting for AAA. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the lake, it was a great location and close to all we did.

Philip was amazing. Communicated early and often to make our stay perfect. Loved the location and ease of access. Everything was as described in the posting and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

The lake view was gorgeous. The host was very easy to communicate with, he sent texts the day of the booking with instructions for entry and let me know he was available for any needs. The rental had so many little extras that you could tell the hosts were very thoughtful. I would definitely rent from these hosts again. Thank you so much for an easy seamless weekend!!

I have stayed at the units at this property many times. The units are well decorated, clean, and the appliances are new and always work well. These properties are well kept and well worth the very reasonable price. And you cant beat the gorgeous view of the lake out back.

Great place to stay with the kids. They swam at the dock with the ducks and geese. Place was very clean with anything and everything you need while away from home. The bed was also very comfortable.

We loved the location and the property. Our granddaughter was there for a short time and loved the swimming area. Phillip made everything easy. The condo was very well equipped and had all the accessories we needed. We cooked all our meals there and had everything we needed. We would choose this property again for sure!

It was very comfortable it felt like home away home. The appliances were very clean as if they were never used. The view from the balcony was awesome especially at night. It was my first vacation by the Lake and we did enjoy it as well as the peaceful surroundings. The experience was amazing and we are already thinking about another trip to Hot Springs. Thank you. Everything was great! My husband and I celebrated our 35th Anniversary here. Hot Springs was one of our first travel spots, years ago. This lakeside condo provided a perfect peaceful getaway. We spent most of our down time fishing with the rod and reels that were provided. Didn’t catch anything, but got several bites. Very relaxing and quiet. Was very pleased that our favorite drink place (Sonic) was right down the street. Condo was extremely clean too! Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Very clean. Gorgeous water views through the huge windows. Host was very friendly but not pushy. Fantastic location close to a lot of little businesses and easy for grocery/food delivery drivers to find. Will definitely stay again! Highly recommend.
