Newly renovated midtown cottage featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms and capable of handling up to 7 guests. The cottage has been renovated to include the latest in technology, such as an Amazon Echo, three smart TVs and a Ring alarm system. Don’t let the technology put you off if you're looking for that classic feel, because this house has been tastefully renovated to maintain several aspects of a traditional 1920’s house, but with a modern cottage emphasis.

This is not your average rental with a custom coffee bar, beautiful fireplace mantle, large driveway, office desk, and laundry cabinet surround. Also, enjoy the many decorations obtained from local artists! Step back in time to a more simple life and enjoy what our beautiful city has to offer.

If you're bringing kids, they are guaranteed to enjoy the upstairs of the house where they will have their own living room area as well as an additional big screen tv. They will be sure to take advantage of the play nook as well as the sleeping nook which contains a twin size mattress. Just be sure to watch your head as this space was designed with kids in mind.

St. Joseph Gem

This is a lovely property in central St. Joseph. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is nicely updated and the property description and amenities accurate. It is perfect for a family, with plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The hosts thought of all of the details that make a stay comfortable and memorable. This is a newer listing but do not hesitate. This home and host are 5 stars ++++

The Corner Cottage was a perfect place for a Girls Getaway weekend! We enjoyed our stay and visit to St Joseph. The Cottage was cozy and roomy for the three of us! We were excited to have our own bedrooms. The Cottage was decorated for Christmas and we enjoyed Alexis’ choice of Christmas music. The area was quiet and close to the activities we had planned. We all agreed that we would stay at the Corner Cottage again if it was available for our next trip to St Joseph.
