Guest apartment on Petersberg with balcony

Modern balcony apartment on Petersberg - on the ground floor with bedroom facing the quiet courtyard. Conveniently located near Gothaer Platz.

The smaller room faces a busy street, but thanks to good insulation and separate ventilation, it is also quite quiet there. The rooms and the kitchen are newly renovated.

The apartment is halfway up to Petersberg - with the old festivals one of the most beautiful excursion destinations in Erfurt, it offers a view of the entire old town. On the way there is the Justice Center, which serves good and inexpensive lunch dishes in its canteen. At the other end of the street is a bakery that is also open on Sundays. A large Edeka supermarket can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes - just like the Gasthof Gartenstadt - as far as I know, the only restaurant in Erfurt that still produces its Thuringian dumplings itself. - The city center with countless bars, cafes and restaurants is also just a short walk away.

Since I do not live in Erfurt, I will be happy to answer all questions online or by phone. My mother lives nearby and can also help if necessary to clarify questions and give tips about Erfurt. Check-in is generally possible from 3pm to 9pm. Individual agreements to check in time after prior agreement are also possible. The keys are handed over personally in the guest apartment. WiFi and TV are available. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge.

Individuelle schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Charme...keine neumodisch, sondern sehr individuell eingerichtete Wohnung mit schönen Einzelstücken. Es war überall sauber. Trotz der Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, konnte man im Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus entspannt und ruhig schlafen. Liebe Grüße

Die Gästewohnung liegt ca. 15-20 Gehminuten vom Domplatz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Zwei schöne Zimmer, ein kleines Bad, eine kleine gemütliche Küche. Eine sehr schöne, kleine Terrasse rundet die Räumlichkeiten ab. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze findet man in den naheliegenden Nebenstraßen. Ich empfehle die Gästewohnung mit den lieben Gastgebern weiter und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hat gut gepasst

Für unseren Stadturlaub im Oktober in Erfurt/Weimar hat die Unterkunft prima gepasst. Wir waren mit der Bahn angereist und die Straßenbahn hielt fast vor der Haustür. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war auch perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl geführt und die beiden Städte waren wunderbar.

Schönes Qartier in Citylage

Das Quartier war sehr gut. Kritisch war nur die späte Information zur Anreise (wie erhalte ich die Schlüssel, Kontaktelf. zum Vermieter erst nach Aufforderg.) da wir schon kurz vorher in Weimar im Hotel verbrachten u. ohne Computer reisten (Handy defekt). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Dazu ein schöner großer Terassenplatz mit Sitzensemble (leider war das Wetter zu kalt um es zu nutzen). Das Bad ist relativ eng, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Etwas Reserven bestehen in den Sitzgelegenheiten der Küche. Hier wären Stühle (Lehne) etwas bequemer als die etwas wackeligen Hocker. Sonst hat uns gerade die Küche sehr gefallen - wie die ganze Wohnung. Wir fanden ausserdem zahlreiches Informationsmatirial zur Stadt und Umgebung von Erfurt vor. Wir werden gelegentlich wiederkommen.

Optimale Anbindung ÖPNV und gut erreichbar für Radfreunde

Balkon lädt nicht nur zum Frühstücken ein :) Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das Bett ist eher was für die weichen Matratzenfreunde. Fahrräder konnten wir sicher im Hinterhof unterbringen und mit der nahgelegenen Straßenbahn fahren. Auch zu Fuß ist die City entspannt erreichbar

Wir kommen wieder 👍

Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Eine kleine Panne beim Check-In wurde schnellstmöglich behoben und es gab eine Teilerstattung (Schlüssel lag nicht, wie avisiert, in der Abholbox und die Wohnung war noch nicht bezugsbereit - Mißverständniss zwischen Eigentümer und Aushildsreinigungskraft). Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen und gut gelegen. Die Objektbeschreibung stimmt 1 zu 1. Im Wohnzimmer zur Straße hin hört man den Verkehr aber nicht so stark, dass es einen beim Fernsehen stören würde. Das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof ist tatsächlich ruhig. Unser Fazit, wenn wir wieder nach Erfurt kommen, dann in der gleichen Wohnung.

Klein aber fein

Nette kleine, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. S-Bahn Haltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zur Altstadt und Messe in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Altstadt ist auch zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Günstig gelegene, sehr schöne Fewo

Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Man ist nach einer Station am Eingang der Ega/ Messe oder auch schnell in der Innenstadt. In der Wohnung ist es ruhig, obwohl an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer geht aber nach hinten raus zum Balkon, so dass man nachts die Fenster öffnen kann. Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig, das Bad sehr klein, aber okay. Die Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, ist super. Es gibt genug Ablageflächen überall, alles ist gemütlich und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat gut geklappt. Unser Schlüssel war in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt, so dass wir nach 15.00 problemlos jederzeit einchecken konnten. Wir haben uns in den 2 Tagen dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hielt, was sie versprach. Wir waren zu zweit und haben in dem nach hinten raus gelegenen Schlafzimmer sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist zentral- direkt vor der Tür hält in 100 Metern Entfernung die Straßenbahn, die einen schnell überall hinbringt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Mutter des Vermieters hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Check-in problemlos.

Fewo mit Balkon

Das SZ und das WZ mit bequemer Bettcouch sind abschließbar, die Fewo ist individuell und mit Liebe gestaltet. Die Küche ist zum Flur hin offen und etwas dunkel -aber wer will schon bei einer Städtereise lange in der Küche stehen? Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend . Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es gibt genügend Haken etc. .. Das WZ liegt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse und ist schon ziemlich laut, Highlight ist der Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof. Die Fewo liegt nur 100 m von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gothaer Platz und 3 Haltestellen vom Domplatz entfernt. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch im nahe gelegenen Espach-Cafe (und Restaurant) - schönes Ambiente, tolle Lage im Park - ideal zum Erholen.

die günstig gelegene Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man als Single oder zu zweit für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt: Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang; geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung; nahe an Haltestelle Tram; in der Nähe ein Supermarkt; günstige Parkgelegenheit. Ich war rundum zufrieden und werde gerne wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, alles sauber und gepflegt. Es sind viele Dinge wie Kaffee, Tee, Salz und sogar Olivenöl dagewesen, sehr angenehm. Zum Schlafen ist es ruhig, obwohl eine Strasse vorne ist. Die Lage ist dafür perfekt, besonders zur Ega/ Buga. 5 min. Fußweg. In die Stadt 20 min. oder mit der Bahn, ebenfalls vor der Tür. Die Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, ist zum Sitzen zu klein mit 3 Personen, das geht aber im anderen Zimmer. Abreise ebnefalls unkompliziert, alles in allem 5 Sterne!
